Ollie is the epitome of northern grit, leaving school at 16 he began learning the trade in his roofing job (earning him £20 a day) whilst studying at night school for his diploma in construction. For this northern soul there were no hand me downs, no family connections - Ollie had to work his way up the property investment ladder. 

Setting up Pinnacle at 24, Ollie relied on his instinct for calculated risks, a gritty determination and the tenacity to teach himself about the worlds of business, finance and investment. In a bid to find his first client the then part-time model splashed his savings on a designer suit and a 5-star hotel on London’s Park Lane and spent his evenings networking in the hotel bar. 

The business proposition was sincere and straightforward. Instead of investors handing over their capital to a larger investment company and having no say on what was done with it, they could invest with him. He’d use their cash - and his expert knowledge - to buy and develop property and land. Then, on resale, split the profit in a profit share.
